According to the most recent conceptual models, disability is a ‘diversity condition’; its recognition is a tool of social and cultural enrichment. Its normative re-definition had important consequences in University organization models. This article briefly presents Sapienza’s experience, comparing it with that of a sample of Italian Universities and proposing possible integration of Medical curricula.
